Integrity Marketing Group has announced that it has acquired J.D. Mullens, an independent marketing organization based in the Jacksonville, Fla., area. Dalton Mullens, president of J.D. Mullens, will become a managing partner in Integrity, and Joshua Mullens, partner at J.D. Mullens, will become a partner in Integrity. Financial terms were not disclosed.
J.D. Mullens was launched in 2006 by Joshua Mullens, offering final expense and life insurance products to seniors. Joshua Mullens’ son, Dalton, has played a key role in the agency’s growth. With the passing of the Affordable Care Act in 2010, J.D. Mullens became an area leader in health insurance distribution, developing telephonic systems to make the process of getting coverage easier.
