Worldwide Facilities, a national wholesale insurance brokerage, managing general agent and program underwriter, has announced the appointment of Angela Davis as a healthcare broker.

Davis began her insurance career in 2003. Prior to joining Worldwide Facilities, she served as vice president of professional lines and regional manager at Hiscox USA. In that role, she managed a team of professional liability underwriters and oversaw the expansion of the Allied Healthcare, architects and engineers, and miscellaneous professional lines of business for the company’s Southeast region.

Prior to Hiscox, Davis served as assistant vice president of healthcare and regional manager at Ironshore. While there, she secured consistent double-digit annual growth throughout the Southeast territory, participated in the executive advisory group and sat on the founding board of the Healthcare Professionals of Tennessee.

Davis holds a bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance from Georgia State University.

“We believe that Angela’s extensive experience, particularly in healthcare, will make her a strong addition to our team,” said Jordan Connelly, senior vice president at Worldwide Facilities. “We’re looking forward to seeing her achieve great things in this role.”
