One of the largest ever panels of online insurance aggregators will meet in April to discuss the Internet marketplace and the needs of the modern consumer.
Insurance Technologies Corporation (
ITC), a provider of agency marketing, rating and management software and services, announced the panel as the keynote address of the company’s
ITC Agent Conference 2016.
Panelists include representatives from Google Compare, Compare.com, CoverHound and The Zebra, while ITC President Laird Rixford will serve as moderator. The panel is scheduled for Friday, April 22, 2016.
Rixford said the discussion will give insurance agents an insight into the evolution of the insurance business over the past 20 years, and its latest iteration in the form of these aggregators.
“The insurance industry is changing,” he said in a statement. “Agents need to understand these changes so they can continue to succeed and grow.

ITC’s third annual user group conference will be held April 21-22, 2016, at the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center in Grapevine, Texas. Along with the keynote panel, it will include 18 breakout sessions covering the latest in insurance agency marketing and technology, including ITC software, guest speakers, and networking events.
