The international broker Hub International Limited has announced that it has acquired the assets of Guide Insurance Services. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Guide Insurance Services has offices in Lynden, Colville and Republic, Washington. It provides personal and commercial insurance products to individuals and businesses in the region.
