Global claims solutions provider Claim Central Consolidated (CCC) has launched a new brand for its global technology business and platforms.

The new tech business, Wilbur, provides a modular and connectable ecosystem of products and solutions for insurance businesses in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and the US. It also enables seamless customer experiences at scale.

The new tech business's flagship offering, Claim Suite, is a modular solution that includes Wilbur Claims Manager, Wilbur Connect, Wilbur Live (powered by Livegenic), Wilbur Repair, and Wilbur Inspect.

Mark Cohen has been appointed as Wilbur CEO. He brings 20 years of experience in the tech industry, where he held senior leadership roles at some of Australia's largest companies. Most recently, he served as the CTO and CIO at Domain and general manager for product solutions at Fairfax Media.

Cohen, who was excited to launch Wilbur, said their strategy journey commenced 12 months ago.

“We're now at the point where we can bring light to the new brand. We're bringing cohesion to our platforms by offering one integrated, modular ecosystem of products that come together under the single brand of Wilbur. We're all about connection, flexibility, and modularity – and the new brand is a reflection of that mentality,” said Cohen.

“Clients want one toolkit and the ability to opt in and out of what they need. Bringing our product suite under one connected ecosystem allows them to pick and choose the most appropriate solutions and also plug into and extend the functionality of their core systems.”
