MedRisk, a managed care organization dedicated to the physical rehabilitation of injured workers, has appointed its president Sri Sridharan (pictured) to the role of chief executive officer.

As CEO, Sridharan will spearhead strategic leadership initiatives across all facets of the organization as it works within the workers’ compensation field.

Mike Ryan, executive chairman of MedRisk and its board of directors, expressed confidence in Sridharan’s ability to lead the company to new heights.

“Sri is a dynamic leader who is committed to our purpose of helping both patients and our clients,” he said. “We are pleased to name him CEO.”

Throughout his tenure at MedRisk, Sridharan worked in collaboration with the leadership team to establish advancements in client management, analytics, and provider relations. These efforts have led to the implementation of operational enhancements aimed at elevating client service, the introduction of new technology to facilitate scalable patient engagement, as well as the streamlining of processes to enhance provider satisfaction.

Sridharan joined MedRisk in 2022 as chief client officer before being appointed as president in 2023. He has over 20 years of executive leadership experience, having previously held key positions at prominent insurance organizations, including Marsh. He also holds a master’s degree from the University of Michigan.
