“Having The Benefits Agency join the OneDigital Southeast team brings an additional set of resources and services to our growing client base,” said Wally Dawson, managing principal of OneDigital Southeast. “Spencer and Angelo have built an impressive operation with a reputation to follow, and we look forward to continuing that work.”

“The acquisition of The Benefits Agency at JJ Wade & Associates by OneDigital is the next step for our agency to better serve and advise our current and new clients in this rapidly changing employee-benefits market,” Lomax said. “I look forward to the opportunity OneDigital brings to our agency, its employees, and all of our loyal clients. We have been fortunate to work with great clients for over 30 years. This will enable The Benefits Agency to move forward to a next generation agency and provide those clients with the tools to manage benefits for their valuable employees.”

Atlanta-based OneDigital has more than 950 employees and serves 35,000 companies, managing nearly $4 billion in premiums. It’s been named on to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies every year since the list’s inception in 2007.
