Workers Comp

A former National Council on Compensation Insurance executive recently announced the launch of his boutique consulting firm.

Scott Doellinger left his plan administration leadership position last year to form Doelli, LLC. The newly minted insurance entrepreneur has experience managing the operations of 24 different State residual market Workers’ Compensation Insurance plans worth a total of $1.2 billion in annual premium.

Doellinger said he set up Doelli to address the need for a service provider that specifically offered niche workers’ compensation line insurance.

Doelli specialises in enhancing an organisation’s visibility, competencies, and profitability through sustained business relationships, identity assertion, and strategic planning and design.

Its boutique services include developing strategic solutions, improving efficiency, reducing cost, product positioning, creating marketing solutions, evaluating emerging opportunities, improving operations and enhancing financial performance.

It is entrenched in the workers’ comp insurance market; targeting regulators, insurance carriers, employers, agents and brokers, rating bureaus, trade associations, third party administrators, self-insureds and law firms.
