“Michelle’s deep underwriting knowledge and her proven leadership capabilities will be instrumental in focusing on the growth of the organization while helping our commercial property clients in North America protect their assets,” added Lewis. “I look forward to working with her to build our future property business.”
McLaughlin has 25 years of experience at Chubb, most recently serving as package property manager for commercial insurance. She is a recipient of a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University.
McLaughlin succeeds Edward Radzinski, who retires at the end of August after serving Chubb for 39 years.
“For more than three decades, Ed played a key role in developing the property underwriting discipline, capabilities and products for the organization,” commented Lewis. “I want to express my deepest thanks and appreciation for his steady hand in developing our people and our business, and we wish him well in his retirement.”
