Fred Zutel is a nationally recognized leader in risk management and insurance for commercial real estate and construction. He represents real estate developers, REITs, national homebuilders, hospitality groups, and lenders – specializing in structuring unique Surety and Risk Management programs with the goal of enhancing their balance sheet and ability to procure financing.
Fred advises on millions of square feet of commercial real estate and more than 150 active construction projects. He has also been engaged to manage some of the largest and most intricate claims, damage evaluations, and business disputes resulting from Hurricane Ian, Hurricane Irma, and Hurricane Harvey.
