Nearly 20 years ago, Betsy McLaughlin joined RLI as director of claim and held various positions in the claims department until being promoted to vice president, chief claim counsel in 2017. Prior to joining RLI, McLaughlin was a claim consultant for The Hartford and has more than 20 years of insurance industry experience.
