Head of programs business, North America

In early 2018, Dogan Kaleli was appointed head of AGCS’ North American programs business, which provides specialized support for similar clients seeking differentiated products and services. AGCS’ programs business in the US accounts for 15% of the commercial P&C market, amounting to more than $40 billion.
Kaleli has more than a decade of experience in insurance and has co-founded multiple insurtech startups. On top of heading AGCS’ programs business, he has driven multiple insurtech-related projects at Allianz NA as North America liaison for innovation.
Before taking on his current role, Kaleli spent four years as head of risk management for AGCS Americas, where he was responsible for implementing the department’s strategic priorities. He has also held positions in AGCS’ Brazil and Turkey operations.
