Alice Keung is a senior executive with international experience specialised in organisational and business transformation through leveraging information and digital technology. She is a recognised change leader with demonstrated track record in building high performance teams to deliver results. She has extensive experience in negotiating and managing large scale outsourcing arrangements, setting strategies, building positive internal and external working partnerships, in both public and private sectors. Keung has been with EI for just over four years. She started out as interim chief information officer in November 2015 before moving up to senior vice president, chief information officer after three months. On May 2017, her role changed to that of chief transformation officer in which she’s led the implementation and rollout of Vyne. Vyne has provided the broker channel with customer-centric products and pricing for all personal lines and individually rated commercial auto, faster services with automated flowthrough processing and a streamlined workflow by leveraging big data and cloud technology. It has won multiple awards for customer service and innovation.
