Clare Lebecy, speaker at Insurance Business’ Women in Insurance Summit UK 2019, has been in the London Market insurance industry for over 25 years. She’s held senior positions at three of the four largest insurance brokers in the London Market. In her early career, Lebecq was a London Market reinsurance broker focusing on advising Lloyd’s syndicates on their reinsurance programmes, but for the last 10 years her focus has been on operations. Prior to joining LMG, Lebecq was at JLT Specialty Ltd where she was head of operations. In this role, she was instrumental in implementing PPL and JLT’s Brexit plan, as well as being active on the TOM Working Group and the strategic design authority.
