Maxine Goddard is a senior global operations leader at Zurich Insurance, leading delivery in various strategic initiatives from change and transformation, to customer and broker development. With more than 25 years’ international experience across insurance, banking, oil and gas, and the United Nations, Goddard is currently the global head of sales operations and planning for commercial insurance. She is keen to develop individuals and challenge thinking. She is a dedicated mentor for several young persons as well as across the BAME community and is a committee member of iCAN, the insurance industry’s multicultural network. Goddard is also the national chair of the Zurich UK Multicultural Network and a founding Mental Health First Aider. In 2019, Goddard was a speaker at Insurance Business’ Women in Insurance Summit held in London, and was featured in the Global List 100. She studied at the University of London and the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus.
