Over the past six years, Eric Weiser has concentrated on understanding the core business, risk and future needs of his clients. “I take the time to work with them instead of selling to them and have been told I seem more like an employee and trusted advisor then an outside vendor,” Weiser shares. “Behind my deep-rooted fulfillment from helping my clients and seeing them succeed is knowing that my back office team excels in several industries providing me the ability to deliver on my promises.”
Weiser believes education, determination and serving others is the key to success. Reinvestment in education is a top priority for him in 2019, while his team continues their determination to deliver trust, transparency and true partnership to further growth. “I expect that my unique vantage point allows me to continue to drive change and instill empowerment to an industry that is ‘old’ in its culture,” he says.
