In his 12 years with Gary Thompson Agency, particularly his two years as president, Krae Dutoit has helped lead annual revenue growth of nearly 75%. Under Dutoit’s leadership, the agency has added six new locations, more than 30 new employees and five new carriers. It has also experienced a 100% increase with its largest carrier, restructured its management group to allow for long-term perpetuation and increased shareholder returns by nearly 30% over the past two years.
In 2015, Dutoit led the opening of the agency’s employee benefits division, which, to date, has averaged growth of more than 25% every year and is the agency’s fastest-growing division. Dutoit won the agency’s New Sales Leader Award every year from 2011 to 2017. In 2016-17, he served as president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Nebraska, the youngest in its history.
