Intact Insurance has unveiled its newest online quoting tool, which would allow small businesses to receive quotes for commercial auto insurance.

The quoting tool is currently available in Quebec, and will be rolled out across Canada over the next year, a release said. Intact also announced that it is the first insurer to offer this type of technology to its commercial clients.

With the quoting tool, business owners can easily get quotes for their commercial vehicles on their computers or mobile devices, Intact said. The tool also allows users to get advice and support from Intact’s brokers.

“Small and medium-sized companies are more and more interested in integrating new technologies throughout their businesses, especially for their insurance needs,” said Intact Insurance senior vice-president of commercial lines Alain Lessard.
