APOLLO Insurance, a Canadian digital insurance provider, has partnered with Colonnade BridgePort, a real estate investment and management firm, to offer digital insurance solutions for tenants across Canada.

Colonnade Bridgeport director of residential real estate Kandas Miller said that the integration of APOLLO’s digital platform will allow the company to not only provide its residents with instant access to insurance but also improve the overall resident experience.
Colonnade BridgePort operates in Ontario and Atlantic Canada, offering services including property management, leasing, development management, investment management and asset management. The partnership with APOLLO allows Colonnade BridgePort to simplify insurance compliance for property managers while providing residents with digital insurance options.
APOLLO’s digital platform, launched in 2019, provides fully digital insurance products to Canadian consumers. The company has previously partnered with real estate investment trusts, property management firms, property technology companies and other organizations to integrate insurance products into leasing and renewal workflows.
The Colonnade BridgePort tie-up follows APOLLO’s recently announced partnership with LK Apartments, offering instant digital insurance solutions for renters. LK Apartments integrated APOLLO’s digital insurance solution into its leasing process, allowing its tenants to secure coverage quickly and efficiently.
APOLLO also recently teamed up with ICM Property Services to provide digital insurance solutions to the latter’s tenants. In November, it formed an exclusive partnership with Zen Residential, also offering digital tenant insurance to residents.
In 2022, APOLLO became the only insurance provider in Canada to integrate with Yardi Systems, enabling instant insurance transactions and automated compliance tracking. Earlier this year, APOLLO launched FinShore, a ‘buy now, pay later’ (BNPL) subsidiary, offering a monthly payment option for customers.
