CRU Group has announced that Adam Dickens has been appointed senior vice president & client program leader.

As a member of CRU Group’s Canada executive team, Dickens will assume responsibility for one of the company’s principal accounts, a release said. He will be based in Calgary.

Dickens brings more than 25 years of experience in the insurance claims industry to his new role. He most recently oversaw the recruitment, training, quality assurance, and district catastrophe response across the five branches of a major Canadian loss adjusting firm in Southern Alberta, East Kootenay and Mountain Parks, for disasters like the 2020 Calgary hailstorm. Dickens also handled full budgeting and P&L oversight for said firm.

“I am confident that the leadership and skills Adam brings will benefit CRU Group,” said CRU Group CEO David Repinski.
