Gallagher has announced that it has appointed Ilan Serman to serve as regional president for the company’s operations in Ontario.
Serman has spent 25 years working in New York, Calgary, and Toronto. He is also a well-known and respected insurance broker in the Canadian market, a release said.

Last week, Gallagher acquired P&C insurance broker Cain Insurance Services in Fredericton, NB. Founded in 1986, Cain Insurance Services provides commercial and personal insurance to clients throughout the region.
