Great-West Life recently strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of two industry veterans in key roles.

Long-serving Great-West executive Brad Fedorchuk was appointed executive vice-president, group customer; while new-blood Paul Orlander was appointed executive vice-president, individual customer.

“I am pleased to announce the appointment of Brad and Paul, and I’m looking forward to working closely with both of them as we deliver on our vision for the future,” said Jeff Macoun, president and chief operating officer at Great-West.

“These two individuals are strong additions to our executive leadership team and I’m confident they will deliver solid results as our organization continues to grow, adapt and prosper.”

Brad Fedorchuk has been with Great-West Life since 1994, and has taken on roles in marketing and national accounts underwriting. He has also led a variety of strategic initiatives, such as the information technology roadmap. His most recent role at Great-West was senior vice-president, customer experience & marketing for group customer.

Paul Orlander comes to Great-West from TD Mutual Funds, and brings with him over two decades of experience in personal banking, wealth management and strategy consulting. Paul will work primarily in London, Ontario, where he will lead the individual customer team to execute on an ambitious strategic plan built over the past year.
