Commercial Lines Account Manager – First Nations, AFN Insurance Brokers
AFN Insurance Brokers – a subsidiary of Alliant Insurance Services – exclusively serves First Nations across Canada, and the company is looking for an account manager. The manager will be in charge of overseeing a book of business, working with selected sub-brokers who represent AFN insurance program business. Applicants must have an RIBO license and at least 5 years of commercial lines insurance experience. More details can be found here.

Commercial P&C Insurance Agent, Desjardins
Desjardins is hiring commercial P&C agents for its team in Quebec. Agents will promote and sell P&C coverage to business clients, while maintaining personal business relationships. Candidates not authorized by the company will be trained this September, while those who pass will be additionally trained this November. At least three years of insurance experience is required. Commercial Lines Risk and Insurance Adviser
An insurance company in New Brunswick has an opening for a commercial lines risk and insurance adviser role. Candidates must have a proven track record of networking and relationship building – although prior insurance experience is not a strict requirement. The successful candidate will be given training, will be asked to pass an insurance licensing exam, and will be enrolled in the CAIB program. More details here.

Director – Property and Casualty Insurance, Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada
The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) Canada has an opening for a director in its Toronto office. The director is responsible for promoting OSFI values, identifying and reporting on emerging risks and trends. The director is also in charge of supervising an assigned portfolio of P&C insurers. Candidates must have significant experience in the P&C insurance industry, as well as advanced data analysis skill. More details here.

Commercial Insurance Advisor, Western Financial Director
Western Financial Group needs a commercial insurance advisor for its team in Toronto. Advisors will act as liaisons between clients and insurance providers, providing customer service and meeting sales and retention targets. Applicants must have an RIBO license – some previous experience with an insurance brokerage is preferred. More details here.
