Insurtech provider Trufla Technology has announced a partnership with Goose Digital.

The partnership aims to provide brokers with access to a suite of tailored tools and services, allowing them to streamline their digital transformations.

Trufla said it conducted extensive research to select a group of top-tier technology vendors and service providers. In the end, it chose Goose Digital, digital marketing and operational technology services provider for insurance brokers.

Trufla and Goose Digital’s comprehensive support and services to brokers will enable them to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through digital marketing acquisition, operational technology, and data-driven strategies, according to a press release.

Trufla’s partnership with Goose Digital is a testament to our shared vision of empowering brokers and fostering digital transformation within the insurance industry,” said Steve Warme, director of digital transformation at Trufla.

“By collaborating with industry-leading service providers like Goose Digital, we are leveraging their expertise and technology to drive growth, efficiency, and customer-centricity for brokers.”

“Goose Digital’s core belief is to maximize technology and marketing investments, and strategic adoption is the key to making that happen,” added Jennifer Pugsley, VP customer success at Goose Digital.

“Through organically seeing each other at the same tables, we could see the passion and commitment Trufla has to the broker channel by building tech that tackles real pain-points and everyday broker use cases, it fit well with our own productized service offering and our mission to help brokers compete and succeed online.”

Trufla’s latest partnership comes after it was named a registered digital advisor for the Canadian Digital Adoption Program (CDAP) in April.

Since this announcement, Trufla said it bolstered its expertise to maximize the success of the CDAP program and its outputs. It has tapped a team of professionals with experience in digital transformation and core insurance operations, including Susan Gilbert, Steve Warme, and Joe Sirianni.
