As Head of Strategy, Digital & Operations for NFP’s Construction & Infrastructure Group – Gaurav oversees the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, digital platforms and operations for the group.
Prior to joining NFP, Gaurav held multiple positions with Marsh over a 10 year period. Most recently, Gaurav was Global Strategy & Operations Leader for the Construction Specialty practice based in London, UK. In this role, he was responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies for the Global Construction Practice in alignment with the Global Marsh Specialty business. Before relocating to the UK, Gaurav held the role of National Project Risk Leader for the Canadian Construction practice at Marsh, leading placement and advisory services for projects across all industry verticals.
Gaurav joined Marsh through the graduate program in Canada where he had rotational stints in Mining & Energy, Global Risk Management and Advisory. Through these various roles, Gaurav brings a strong skill set of technical product knowledge, market relations, and advisory services for both owners and contractors to NFP.
Gaurav graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor in Business Administration and a concentration in Insurance & Risk Management and Finance and holds his CIP, CRM and ACSB designations
