Brokers can now benefit from a new product that can help them offer customisable cover for motor fleets.

AXA Insurance has launched its Minifleet product on both the Open GI and Applied Systems software platforms. The product went live earlier today and includes cover for as many as 15 vehicles under one policy and up to 20 vehicles for mid-term adjustments and renewal.

“To help distribute our cover, we’ve launched our Minifleet product on Open GI and Applied Systems,” said Deepak Soni, director of commercial intermediary e-trading at AXA Insurance. “This forms part of our wider strategy to provide brokers with the tools to trade in volume on the platform of their choice.”

AXA claims that it is enhancing its commitment to the SME broking space and has already made property owners, tradesman and SME package products available via software houses.

“The business of insurance continues to become more connected, with broker demand for increased insurer connectivity on the rise,” said Jeff Purdy senior vice president of international operations at Applied Systems.

“In partnering with AXA, we are further enabling brokers to recognize the benefits of the connected insurer, delivering expanded product choice to our broker partners and driving greater automation via integrated e-trading.”
