Mack’s responsibilities at Alliant include managing client relationships and developing strategies that align with organizational goals. His background includes delivering customized solutions within the benefits and retirement sector, leveraging his expertise to address complex challenges for a range of clients.
Prior to joining Alliant, Mack held senior leadership positions at two global brokerage firms, where he managed client engagement and strategic business development initiatives.
His experience includes overseeing account strategies and sales opportunities for insurance, mutual fund, and banking institutions. Mack earned a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Kevin Overbey, president of Alliant Employee Benefits, highlighted Mack’s experience and client-focused approach.
“Rick’s strong background in developing business solutions and his dedication to helping clients achieve their goals make him an outstanding addition to our team,” Overbey said. “His leadership and ability to navigate the complexities of benefits and retirement consulting will drive success for our clients and expand our capabilities in key markets.”
Elsewhere in the division, Alliant also announced Larry Chim as senior vice president within the employee benefits group, based in Dallas, Texas, in November.
Chim is tasked with addressing challenges in healthcare benefits through strategic solutions that align with client needs. He will focus on benefits design, strategy, pricing, administration, healthcare innovation, and vendor management.
The brokerage also recently named Jason Bertoldi as global team leader for litigation and contingent risk insurance within its M&A division.
