ANE (Agency Network Exchange) has appointed Linda Foley (pictured) as director of field operations. In this role, Foley will work with ANE member agencies to develop and implement growth plans and maintain agency relationships. She will also develop sales training and strategies to continue organic growth and maximize carrier relationships, ANE said.
“Linda brings a lot of energy and experience to the ANE team that will help our members be more effective and productive so they can realize their long-term goals,” said John Tiene, CEO of ANE. “I’m excited to work with Linda to bring greater success to our members and advance ANE’s strategy.”
Prior to joining ANE, Foley worked for Mercury Insurance of Bridgewater, where she served for three years as senior marketing representative for the company’s Northeast territory. In 2016, she was named the company’s top marketing executive, and four out of six Northeast Top Agency awards were given to her assigned agents. Foley began her insurance career more than a decade ago at Plymouth Rock Insurance, where she was a top sales producer.
Foley developed a course called “The Efficient Producer,” which she taught at ANE’s annual conference in April. The course taught managers, producers and customer service representatives how to be more productive, and was so well-received that Foley will host an extended version for ANE members in September.
