Alera Group swoops for Fall River Employee Benefits

Alera Group has acquired Fall River Employee Benefits, effective March 01, 2020.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Fall River is a benefits broker on the Colorado Front Range, which specializes in self-funding, compliance, and HR technology.

A release said that following the transaction, Fall River will join Alera Group through Benefit Commerce Group – an Alera Group company. The Fall River team will continue to serve clients in their current capacities.
