Alliant Insurance Services has announced the appointment of Adam Rieman as vice president within its employee benefits group. He will be based in Chicago.

Rieman has experience across all aspects of developing and executing benefit plans, including plan design, financial analysis, administration, compliance oversight and more, Alliant said.

Prior to joining Alliant, Rieman served as a national account executive at a major insurance carrier, where he was responsible for relationship management and client growth for employers with more than 5,000 benefit-eligible employees.

“As an insurance, benefits and financial services professional, Adam has developed the skills necessary to create truly innovative employee benefits solutions,” said Kevin Overbey, president of Alliant Employee Benefits. “Adam is focused on helping his clients help their employees.”

Rieman is the latest in a string of hires at Alliant. Earlier this month, the company announced the appointments of Peter Mahoney and Eric Edwards as senior vice presidents within its Alliant Americas division. Last month, the company added Frank Verdi and Gerry Armbruster to its employee benefits business.
