Idaho-based Summit will be absorbed as part of Alliant Americas, which provides the middle market with insurance products and services that are tailored to their unique, geographically determined requirements.

Summit proprietor Angela Oakes and the rest of her staff will join the Alliant ranks and continue to serve clients out of the company’s Sandpoint offices.

Alliant grew 53% on the back of $883 million sales for the 12 month period ending June 30, compared with its previous fiscal year.
