According to a report at the RealDeal.com, Estrella has listed his Key Biscayne estate for a neat $40 million – making it the fourth most expensive home for sale in the Miami-Dade County region. Property records reveal that Estrella bought the home from Key Biscayne’s founding Matheson family back in 2012.
