Specialist insurer Beazley has added industry vet Todd Simms as regional sales manager in its accident and health division, along with underwriters David Milner and Lauren Brown, according to a report from Intelligent Insurer.

Simms will cover the Florida market as regional sales manager. Prior to coming to Beazley, he worked as a senior sales representative at Cigna Group Insurance. He’s also served as a broker for USI and Willis.

“We are excited to welcome Todd to the Beazley sales team,” said Dan Jones, Beazley’s director of broker relations. “His experience and extensive broker relationships in the Florida market will further expand the reach of our suite of gap protection and voluntary benefits product offerings.”

Milner, who will work from Beazley’s Dallas office, joined the company from The Hartford, where he served as an executive underwriter. Milner has also held positions for Zurich and CNA.

Our talented team quickly assesses the specific needs of each client to design the optimal protection for their company.”
