In his new role, Darr will work with clients to improve how they identify, quantify, mitigate and finance risk. He will also work with different product and industry groups within the company to increase efficiencies and areas for new product development and innovation. Darr will report to Beecher Carlson CEO Joe Siech.

“With Brad’s exceptional leadership skills and extensive industry experience, he will guide Beecher Carlson’s efforts to increase collaboration throughout our organization and within Brown & Brown,” Siech said. “This increased collaboration will allow us to better communicate and educate our teams and clients about the unique solutions we continue to develop.”

Darr holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Simpson College. He holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation and is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society.
