Insurance distribution and services firm Breckenridge IS has announced the sale of its insurance services division to Accretive Insurance Solutions.
The division, which specializes in property and casualty wholesale brokerage, contract binding, and program administration, includes Breckenridge Insurance Services, LLC and Breckenridge Insurance Group, Inc. These entities will retain their brand names and industry relationships under Accretive.
Trevor Pierce, president of the insurance services division, will continue to lead the team of employees, who will now be part of Accretive.

The sale of the insurance services division does not affect Breckenridge IS, Inc.'s other businesses in financial and member services, which will continue to operate independently under the following brands: OSC Insurance Services, Southeastern Underwriters, Target Markets Program Administrators Association, and Insurance Networks Alliance.
