Agency partnership group Combined Agents of America (CAA) has teamed with three new partner agencies to enhance its presence in Texas and Nebraska. CAA has partnered with Patterson & Associates Insurance (Richardson, Texas), NP Dodge Insurance (Omaha, Neb.), and Ryder Rosacker McCue & Huston Insurance Services (Grand Island, Neb.).

Ben Patterson, partner at Patterson & Associates, is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Dallas (IIAD) and served on the organization’s board of directors starting in 2007. He has also served as IIAD president, with his term ending in 2014. Patterson & Associates is now a recognized leader in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, according to CAA.

“We are proud to be associated with the other fine agency members of CAA and look forward to helping us all remain fiercely independent,” Patterson said.

NP Dodge Insurance was founded in 1855 and has grown into one of the largest insurance agencies in the Midwest.

“We are proud and excited to be a part of Combined Agents of America, and the additional resources and partnership will allow us to provide even more solutions for our existing clients,” said Marcus Haith, NP Dodge president.

Ryder Rosacker McCue & Huston was first established more than a century ago, according to CAA.

“With an ever-changing landscape within the industry regarding mergers and consolidation, we are continually exploring ways to retain a competitive advantage,” said Jay Huston, agency principal. “CAA allows us to continue to be independently owned, but benefit from a larger organization in scale and intellect. While the financial implications are positive, the character and like-mindedness of other members is paramount. We believe in the long run that we’ll benefit most from the intellect and trading of best practices with other agencies.”

“While significantly expanding CAA’s reach in the Midwest and the Dallas Metroplex, the new partnerships are a solid step in our journey to expand our network of exceptional agents,” said Trent Richmond, CEO of CAA. “We continue to bring on the best of the best as agency partners. Collectively these three agencies have been serving their communities for over 300 years. That says a lot about them right there.”

CAA is a privately held agency partnership group with 59 independent member agencies located throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.
