“In today’s marketplace, an agency that wants a future needs product options and the volume to support those markets to stay competitive long-term,” said Joe Wessels, director of Independent Brokers Agency. “With that in mind, we began researching the aggregator marketplace for options and found Combined Agents of America. With CAA, we have a partner that shares new avenues of growth through market availability and volume strength. We also have a partner with whom to share market placements, marketing concepts, and agency development plans as we look forward to the next 40 years of growth.”

“Missouri has been on our radar as a strategic expansion state for some time,” said CAA CEO Trent Richmond. “It fits well with our other central-region states of Nebraska, Oklahoma and Kansas. We were merely waiting for the right member, and Joe Wessels at IBA is just the person we were looking for. IBA, a family-owned independent agency, has been serving Missouri since 1979. For us, it is all about the right kind of member, and we found a great one with Joe Wessels and his IBA team.”
