Fusion Specialty Americas has announced the immediate addition of three new professionals to its team, aimed at enhancing its representations and warranties (R&W) services.

Natasha Richard (pictured above left) takes on the role of senior partner for M&A. With over two decades of industry expertise, Richard's prior role was divisional executive vice president at Great American Insurance Company. Her career includes an eight-year tenure at RLI, leading M&A and tax underwriting teams and fostering growth in liability products.

Renay Gosen (pictured above center) steps in as senior associate for M&A. Gosen's experience spans brokering at Atlantic Global Risk, with a focus on national and international deal facilitation, and M&A tax expertise developed at KPMG. Gosen's appointment supports Fusion's national and international transaction execution.

Michelle Yohe (pictured above right) has been appointed as senior associate, focusing on underwriting and legal operations support. With nearly two decades in legal roles, Yohe's experience extends across litigation, claims management, and M&A. Her previous posts include senior paralegal and contracts manager at Alterra Mountain Company and legal affairs manager for Circle K. Based in the Greater Philadelphia area, Yohe's arrival strengthens Fusion's claims handling capabilities.

“I am delighted to welcome Natasha, Renay, and Michelle to Fusion,” said Michael Federer, CEO of Fusion Specialty Americas. “Their combined wealth of experience and expertise ensures top-tier service for our clients, which is of paramount importance. This marks an exciting phase for Fusion in North America, underscoring the success of our strategic positioning and dedication to pioneering solutions that bridge the M&A and specialty insurance risk gap protection for SMEs.”
