GEICO is looking to expand its office in Kansas City, Ka., by around 400 associates over the next 12 months.
The insurer opened its Kansas City office last year and it is now one of its fastest-growing operating locations, with over 250 associates.

In a statement, the insurer said that applications are now being accepted for sales, customer service representatives, and claims specialists. No prior insurance experience is necessary, and training will be provided.
Additionally, full-time GEICO associates are offered the company’s “Total Rewards Program,” which entitles them to a range of benefits – including health, dental and vision coverage, paid vacation, and holidays, continuing education, and tuition reimbursement.
“We’ve had a successful first year because of the efforts of the great residents of the Kansas City area who have joined our GEICO family,” said Eric Baillargeon, office director at GEICO in Kansas City. “We are excited to have even more associates join us as we continue to grow.”
