Several firms across the insurance industry have announced new appointments.

WTW has appointed Cédric Thibault (pictured right) as director within its Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) business, based in Bermuda.
Thibault brings more than two decades of experience in life, annuities, insurance and reinsurance, including roles at KPMG Canada and Munich Re.
In his new role, Thibault will focus on revenue growth and client delivery, covering areas such as financial modeling, M&A support, and regulatory consulting. WTW said the appointment enhances its capabilities in the Bermuda and Barbados markets.
Arch Insurance North America has named five executives to newly created division president positions, effective August 1.
Linda Fallon will lead consumer business; Mark Lange will head middle market and entertainment; Justin Psaki takes on financial, professional and programs; Rich Stock will lead casualty and surety; and Valerie Turpin will oversee property and marine. All will report to Brian First, president of Arch Insurance North America.
First said the new structure reflects the company’s scale and positions it for further growth and operational efficiency.
Hagerty, a provider of specialty vehicle insurance, has named Marc Burns (pictured above) as senior vice president of brand and marketing.
In this newly created role, Burns will be responsible for aligning brand and member engagement strategies as the company works towards doubling policies in force by 2030.
Burns previously served as vice president of marketing, advertising and social media at AT&T, and has held senior agency roles with BBDO and Leo Burnett.
The Fidelis Partnership (TFP) has appointed Suzanne Wells as chief operating officer. She joins from Arch Insurance International, where she was deputy COO and head of strategic transformation portfolio management.
Based in London, Wells takes on the role during a period of expansion across TFP’s underwriting lines, geographies and its MGA incubator, Pine Walk.
Wells will oversee operational integration across the group, focusing on aligning systems, data, and reporting processes to support responsive decision-making. TFP chairman and CEO Richard Brindle said her background in transformation and technology will help support the group’s continued growth.
