National broker Inszone Insurance Services has announced the acquisition of Sanfilippo & Sons Insurance Services LLC based in San Jose, California.
Sanfilippo & Sons Insurance Services was founded in 1960 by Roy Sanfilippo, who began his journey as a one-man operation. The agency grew with the help of Sanfilippo’s children and has since earned a reputation for exceptional customer service, with a policyholder retention rate that is consistently above 90%.
The team at Sanfilippo & Sons Insurance Services will continue to serve clients from its current San Jose location, utilizing Inszone’s platform to provide a broader range of insurance solutions and resources.

The acquisition of Sanfilippo & Sons Insurance Services marks the latest in a series of deals made by Inszone this year. Last month, the national broker announced that it had swooped for Texas-based Speck Insurance and Financial Services. Other recent acquisitions include Maurice Taylor Insurance Brokers, as well as Jackson Insurance Solutions.
Headquartered in California, Inszone has 40 locations scattered across Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, and Utah. It previously announced plans to continue expanding throughout the US.
