Marsh has announced the appointment of Anita Sathe (pictured) as global leader of Bluestream, the company’s cloud-based digital broker platform for the affinity market, and leader of its US affinity business. Sathe will be based in Portland, Ore., and will report to Kevin Tobin, president of Marsh’s Insurance Services Group.

In her new role, Sathe will focus on driving affinity and sponsored programs in the US and accelerating the growth and development of the Bluestream platform globally. She has more than 15 years of experience in insurance technology, digital distribution and product strategy. Prior to joining Marsh, Sathe served as chief strategy officer at CoverHound. She has also held various senior roles at Deloitte consulting and co-founded CyberPolicy, a digital platform that enables small businesses to digitally quote multiple cyber insurance options.
