We’re looking for outstanding young professionals making a real difference in insurance to feature in Insurance Business’ Rising Stars 2026.

Candidates have to be aged 40 or under and currently working in a role relating to the general insurance industry. Both self-nominations and entries on behalf of colleagues and direct reports are accepted.

To enter, complete this form before Friday, March 6.

Winners will be selected with the assistance of an independent advisory panel from Aon, EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, Alliant Insurance Services, Higginbotham and NAAIA and featured on the Insurance Business website in July.

The awardees will also be featured at the InsuranceFest 2026 – the world’s largest insurance festival. The awardees of Rising Stars 2026 will be recognized during the event on July 15-16 at Santa Monica Pier, California. IB InsuranceFest is a one-of-a-kind, choose-your-own-adventure festival where insurance and business leaders come together to connect, innovate, and actively shape the future through ideas, solutions, and shared experiences.
