Rogers & Gray Insurance has promoted John Gaynier to executive vice president and partner, the company has announced.

Gaynier has been with Rogers & Gray for five years. He focuses primarily on real estate and property, hospitality, transportation and construction insurance, according to a news release. He holds an Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI) designation and was a member of the MarshBerry MAPLYT Program, a mentorship and apprentice program.

Gaynier has more than a decade of insurance industry experience. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University and is headquartered in Kingston, Mass., insuring clients across the country.

“While John’s sales acumen is extraordinary, it was his strategic, focused growth mindset that has distinguished him as a valuable asset to the future growth of Rogers & Gray,” said Michael Robinson, Rogers & Gray chairman. “As the insurance marketplace continues to evolve, John has been focused on creating ways to elevate the agency to meet the needs of clients.”
