The expansions will make room for an undisclosed number of new hires, according to a report by Crain’s. Alice Phillips Topping, RSG’s chief marketing officer, said the company’s recent growth made the expansion – RSG’s second in four years – a must.

“We’re growing by leaps and bounds,” Topping told Crain’s. RSG boasts about 1,500 employees, with 95 at its Two Prudential Plaza headquarters and 146 at RT Specialty’s Chicago office.

RSG was founded in 2010 by Aon founder Pat Ryan. Within just a few years, it had grown to become the third-largest firm of its kind in the nation, Crain’s reported. The company is one of the largest tenants at Two Prudential Plaza.
