Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty has announced the acquisition of Geisenheimer Insurance Agency. The agency has been led by Alan Geisenheimer since its founding in 1972, and has seen steady growth in business each year for more than 47 years.

Geisenheimer, headquartered in New Jersey, provides personal and commercial insurance. The agency has extensive experience in real estate programs, wholesalers, distributors and international coverage. It offers all types of coverage throughout the US, Canada, Asia, South America, the Caribbean, Australia and Europe.

The acquisition is part of Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty’s continuing strategy of targeting high-quality, independent agencies for acquisition to continue its geographic expansion and growth throughout the United States.
