USI Insurance Services has announced its acquisition of Hartman Employee Benefits from The Hartman Group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Hartman Employee Benefits specializes in brokerage consulting, benefits administration technology and services, group and individual health insurance, voluntary employee benefits and group insurance. The company and its employees will remain at its current locations in Williamsport and State College, Penn., following the acquisition, according to a news release.
