On April 19, USI Insurance Services announced that it had acquired Brooks Insurance, an independent insurance agency based in Toledo, Ohio.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Following the acquisition, Brooks’ employees will remain at the Toledo and Bowling Green locations.
