USI Insurance Services LLC announced on Jan. 15 that it had acquired Healthcare Liability Solutions LLC, a Houston-based property and casualty brokerage.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Healthcare Liability Solutions helps design insurance programs for health care organizations and providers that focus on professional liability insurance.
Following the brokerage’s acquisition, Healthcare Liability Solutions president Denise D. Barnes and her team of 20 will operate under the USI Insurance brand.
