Miller joins the company with more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, particularly in commercial operations, underwriting, and field leadership. Prior to this appointment, he served as senior vice president and chief field operations manager at a regional insurance carrier, where he oversaw operational performance, profitability, and business growth.

His career has largely focused on serving businesses across the southeastern United States and working with distribution partners to develop commercial insurance solutions tailored to the region.

Berkley Southeast offers commercial insurance coverage for businesses in the southeastern United States, providing underwriting, claims handling, and other services tailored to different industries. The unit focuses on sectors such as construction, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, agriculture, and service businesses in the region.
